Step 2: Add ice. Pour in 7 oz cold or room-temperature water.
Step 3: Add a flavored syrup of your choice, starting at .5 oz, and stir. Adjust the sweetness to taste from there, if needed.

Craft Instant Coffee Recipe

Cold Foam with Craft Instant Bright

What You’ll Need

• 1 teaspoon Craft Instant Bright base
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon milk of your choice
• 2 teaspoons syrup of your choice
• Subliminal Nanofoamer
• Ice
• 1 oz room-temperature water
• 6-7 oz cold water

How to Create
Step 1: Create the Bright base by mixing 1 single-serve sachet (or 4 g) Craft Instant Bright and 1 oz room-temperature water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of the Bright Base to the heavy cream, milk, and syrup. Use the Subliminal Nanofoamer with the superfine mesh screen to whisk the ingredients together until they double in volume or until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 3: Pour the remaining Bright Base into a glass over ice and top with 6-7 oz of cold water.
Step 4: Spoon the cold foam over the beverage. Enjoy.

Modifications: If you don’t want coffee in the cold foam, you can remove it, but note that the foam will be thinner and slightly less fluffy. If you remove the syrup, add two additional teaspoons of milk as a substitute.
