1. Prepare Your Filter
Rinse your filter before you begin brewing to clear any paper residue and ensure that all the water you use for brewing goes into your final cup without getting absorbed by the paper filter. After rinsing, gently pour the water out without dumping the filter.
2. Grind Your Coffee
Grind your appropriate dose of coffee (see our brewing specs above) to a medium to medium-coarse grind and put it into the filter. Shake it gently to settle, then place the cover on top of the filter.
3. Add Water
Add the appropriate amount of water for your dose (see our brewing specs above) into the tank and put the lid on the tank.
4. Select Your Batch Size
For 10- and 8-cup doses, brew using the full batch selection. For 6- and 4-cup doses, use the half batch selection. Ensure the glass carafe is on the hot plate and turn on the power switch.
5. Enjoy
After 4–6 minutes, you’ll have a pot of hot coffee to enjoy.
